ELLIOT YORK CAMERON

Elliot York Cameron is a poet and educator from Western Sydney, a NSW Poetry Slam finalist and 2020 Bankstown Grand Slam Champion. Elliot studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Wollongong, and began performing his poetry in 2013. He is a co-organiser of Enough Said Poetry Slam in Wollongong, and founded Narellan Poetry Slam in 2018.

Elliot has featured his work at Sydney Writers' Festival, Sydney Fringe Festival, Unspoken Words Storytelling Festival, Wollongong Writers Festival, Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and National Young Writers' Festival. His poetry has been published in Baby Teeth Journal, Bareknuckle Poet and the 2017 Enough Said Poetry Slam Anthology.
