October sees Dog-Eared Readings back to their regular haunt and schedule.
Featuring the phenomenal Fiona Wright, award-winning essayist (Small Acts of Disappearance, The World was Whole) poet (Knuckled, Domestic Interior) and novelist (Kill Your Boomers). Fiona will be in conversation with the similarly impressive essayist and poet Gemma Parker, making this a session not to be missed! They will be joined by one of Dog-Eared's favourite interviewers Katerina Bryant (Hysteria: A Memoir of Illness, Strength and Women’s Stories Throughout History) who we are very excited to see step into the spotlight with her new work. And to top off this unbelievable line-up there is local superstar Steve Brock (Out of Season, Live at Mr Jake’s, Double Glaze) who has recently launched his third book of poetry.
Content Warning: Most Poetry Slams and literary events are all ages and some content may not be suitable for children. Performances may include strong language and / or adult themes.
