Erica hacker

Erica is an emerging force on the Sydney spoken word poetry scene, bringing a unique style and big emotions to the stage. Before hitting the open mic for the first time in 2018, she’s worked in the Performing Arts for many years, including her current role as Head of Marketing at Word Travels, promoting Australian Poetry Slam and other major spoken word events.

In 2020, Erica was invited to write and perform in ‘The Alphabet of Women’, a soon to be published anthology about the story of woman told alphabetically by 26 alliterating women poets.
