wani toaishara is a Congolese artist based in Melbourne, Australia. His practice bridges documentary and conceptual art, exploring cultural practice, identity and embodied memory. toaishara creates intimate works through poetry, image-making, installation, and performance. His art delves into themes of cultural memory and resilience, often incorporating elements inspired by the dynamic visual language of the African Diaspora.
