Jaala Hallett

Jaala Hallett is a Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr poet and arts producer based on Dharug and Gundungurra country in the Blue Mountains, Australia. With a genuine love for stories and language, through her writing and thinking Jaala explores relationships to the land, her Aboriginal identity and culture, our bodies, sex, relationships and communities – as a way to contemplate and manifest decolonised ways of living.
